Hanging out on one of the smaller Orkney islands, just doing what the fancy leads me to. This usually includes: knitting, spinning, weaving, felting, web mastering, photographing and editing the images, reading, cooking, listening to music, blogging. Note the absence of anything sensible, such as housework. I share my island refuge with a husband, three border collies, two bengal cats and an assortment of chickens.

Prior to rebelling and dropping out, I had a career as an administrative professional in the Higher Education sector.
