I recently was gifted a Lumix SLR G2. My brother wanted to get me something special for my last birthday. So, after leaving it with my mum due to ill health, mum gave me something, from him, that I can use every day. I was concerned that, after leaving home, contact with the family would be limited (although, with technology these days, I can't seem to get five minutes peace...) so I now keep a journal so they can see that their "wee bairn" is okay!
