stage one LED's (lights)
Stage 2 feed wires into sections of exercise hoop
stage 3 make cross section (to fit inside hoop)
stage 4 make spindle and join all wires
stage 5 glue / fix the led diffusers (not easy!)
stage 6 get out side and play!

Never really know what to put in these things, Im a keen photographer (practise makes perfect so I'm told) ill photograph just about anything i can, but scenery and wildlife seem to make up the bulk of my photos, id love to get better at taking photos of people, but unlike animals you really need to ask peoples permission before photographing them, I'm a bit shy when it comes to that bit!....to be added to.....
