I didn't pick up a camera until late autumn 2010. It was a cheap little one. That's what I used when I began posting on Blipfoto - 1 January 2011. I think I have progressed somewhat but I still have so much to learn!

I'm proud of what I've done so far. I hope you enjoy my work. It's been a labor of love.

The photo is the flower of a grizzly prickly pear cactus. They bloom from April through early June. The flowers bloom for only one day then wilt with sundown and die.
