My name is Ron Buist. My interest in photography was sparked when I captured a dragonfly from really close. I was stunned by the details in the picture even though I had no idea how I got to that result.

Ever since my trusty Kodak DX-7590 broke and I got a shiny new Canon EOS 500D I have been trying new things.
