Why did I come in here?

Now slightly shop soiled and very bionic I may be found asking people "Why did I come in here" more often than I would like. However life is still fun. Another member, 'Talpa' is my former neighbour and friend from Aberdeen I have followed his postings for some time; needing to return to photography I have purchased a P&S Olympus and remain determined to make it useful, thereby negating the nagging machine's verdict on my purchase.

If you happen to see an ancient Bootneck helicopter driver with a remarkable collection of surgical scars, a small white dog and an inane grin on his face, fear not, I haven't bitten anybody......yet.
